*📜 Rishiraj Diamond Buyback and Exchange Policy 📜*

*1. Buybacks:*
- No buybacks for lab-grown or natural diamonds.

*2. Exchange & Upgrade:*

- *Lab-Grown Diamonds:-                        - we offer a Lifetime exchange on all purchases made from Rishiraj diamond 
  - Exchange/upgradation for labgrown diamonds of Round shapes at 80% of the market value at the time and fancy shapes at 75% Market value
  - Applicable to all shapes (Round, Pear, Oval, Marquise, Radiant, Emerald, Princess, Heart, Cushion).(Except polki, baguettes, tapered baguettes and any special cut diamond)

- *Gold:*
  - Valued at the market rate on the exchange date.

- *Charges:*
  - Making, handling (shipping, insurance) charges are waived.

*Example:*
- After 2 years, if you upgrade:
  - *Gold:* If your piece has 4 grams of gold, this amount will be adjusted based on current gold prices.
  - *Diamonds:* If your diamond's market value is ₹20,000, you’ll get ₹16,000(for Round shapes)(80%) to use towards new diamonds and 15000 Rs (For fancy shapes)75%  to use towards new diamonds

Note:
1. Exchange is not applicable on polkis, baguettes, tapper,special cut diamonds and colored stones 

2. Original Invoice and certificate must be produced for exchange.

3.Loss of certificate will result in additional charges of Rs. 2,000 or Rs. 800 per carat – whichever is higher.

4. Exchange of products are applicable for products that were purchased at a value of up to Rs. 4,99,999/-.
